Ghrita by BRVE currently accepts and delivers orders within India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Partner

We partner with Shiprocket and its network of trusted courier providers to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders across India.

Depending on your delivery location, Shiprocket automatically selects the most suitable courier partner for the fastest and safest delivery experience.

3. Delivery Timeline

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

5. Order Cancellation

Ghrita by BRVE reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time the order is placed due to, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment verification issues.
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

If an order is cancelled by us, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's processing timelines.

6. Unexpected Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
